Grief Recovery
The individual approach is the best when it comes to Grief Recovery.

It is a one-on-one program (and may be conducted in person or by
phone) that creates the safe and confidential environment in which
grievers can challenge old and out-dated beliefs and take action
toward completing and eradicating the pain attached to losses that
have occurred in their lives.

The individual program is 6 sessions long.  This can be done weekly
or condensed into a couple of sessions per week.

Is there life after loss?  You bet.  Don't let grief run your life.  Take the first
step.

Grief Recovery is not therapy.  Grievers are not broken and they don't need
to be fixed.  They need to be listened to with dignity and respect.

A loss can come from
not only the death of a loved one, but also from
divorce or separation, moving house, leaving a pet behind, empty nest
syndrome
, loss of friendships and chronic illness - to name but a few of
the more than
40 losses known to cause grief.

No matter why you were grieving, it is
vital to resolve that grief to retain
good
mental and physical health.

Most of us have never been taught how, or encouraged to grieve and we have
never completed or resolved our major grief experiences.  They remain dormant
and buried until they decide they'd like to make their grand entrance back into
our life - usually at the most inappropriate time!
